Changing The Time On Your Phones
Directions For SBX IP Phone Systems
- Time and date change must be at station 100 (programming phone).
- While the handset is on the hook, press TRANS/PGM button.
- Dial 0.
- Dial 4.
- Dial 1.
- Dial 2 digit month.
- Dial 2 digit day.
- Dial 2 digit year.
- Press HOLD button.
- You will hear tone.
- Dial 4 digit time (military time).
- Press HOLD button.
- You will hear tone.
- Press SPEAKER button.
- Change will take place immediately.
Directions For DVX, STS, & XTS Phone Systems
- 1. Without picking up the handset, dial 0.
- 2. This will make the programming phone ring.
- 3. If no phone rings, you are on the programming phone.
- 4. Without picking up the handset, dial 692.
- 5. Enter the time and date in this order:
- 2 digits for each entry
- YY - 2 digit year
- MM - 2 digit month
- DD - 2 digit day
- HH - 2 digit hour (REMEMBER 2:00 PM is 1400 military time)
- MM - 2 digit minute
- 6. You will hear a confirmation tone.
- 7. Then press the ON/OFF key.
- 8. Change will take place immediately.
Directions For MBX Phone Systems
- From attendant phone, press Trans/Prog key.
- Press * #.
- Press Trans/Prog key again.
- Dial 233 on key pad.
- Press Button #1 (this is not the number 1 on the key pad, it is the first flex button on the top left, usually the same as Line 1.
- Enter time: HH MM (remember to use military time).
- Press Button #2 (this is not the number 2 on the key pad, it is the second flex button on the top left, usually the same as Line 2.
- Enter Date: DD MM YY.
- Press OK.
- Press Speaker button.
- This will change the time and date system-wide.
- 1. Without picking up the handset, dial 0.
- 2. This will make the programming phone ring.
- 3. If no phone rings, you are on the programming phone.
- 4. Without picking up the handset, dial 692.
- 5. Enter the time and date in this order:
- 2 digits for each entry
- YY - 2 digit year
- MM - 2 digit month
- DD - 2 digit day
- HH - 2 digit hour (REMEMBER 2:00 PM is 1400 military time)
- MM - 2 digit minute
- 6. You will hear a confirmation tone.
- 7. Then press the ON/OFF key.
- 8. Change will take place immediately.
